Structure Tone replaces Blakeston with Fahy

Justin Fahi

Justin Fahy joined Structure Tone London as Commercial Director in 2021 from ISG. He now replaces the one who recruited him, Danny Blakeston, who left the company a few weeks ago after less than two years in office. Blakeston had also joined the ISG.

Structure Tone London has also brought back pre-construction manager Jonathan Ross, another ISG alumnus who worked for Structure Tone as business development manager between 2012 and 2018. In between he worked for the architect Perkins & Will and real estate company Unispace.

To further flesh out the London management team, Renovation Manager Kevin Crane has been promoted to Operations Manager and Lee Aldridge is now Commercial Manager.

“These promotions position our London business for long-term success in our core areas,” said James Reidy, managing director of Structure Tone International. “Justin has helped us rebuild our business and will similarly continue to lead the continued growth of our team. We are also delighted to welcome back Jonathan Ross, a fixture in the commercial property industry in London.

“We are very pleased to see that our hard work is already paying off with extremely high profile projects with highly valued clients. The outlook for Structure Tone London is extremely positive.

Danny Blakeston was recruited after several years at a loss to restructure the London business and the US parent company injected £12.7 million to recapitalize it.

Structure Tone London has not made a profit since 2017, when it made a profit of £1.1million before tax on turnover of £104million. In 2021, it made a pre-tax loss of £4.1m on revenue of £77m.
