Catering Insight – Ceba Solutions unveils new corporate structure

Hampshire-based distributor Ceba Solutions has unveiled a new staffing structure for the business.

The company said the move was made in recognition of staff loyalty and commitment to its new business growth plans adopted from this year.

Consequently, Chris Harris was promoted from Business Development Manager to Sales Manager, after 6 years with the company. He will be responsible for advancing and developing the business development team. Project manager Geoff Edwards, formerly of Aggora, is working with Harris for this purpose, and the company is looking for another person to join the team.

Elsewhere in the staff roster, Jonathan Elcock will become operations director, controlling the day-to-day running of the entire business and staff. He joined Ceba in 2008 as Managing Director, working with founder Jeremy Byford to enable the latter to continue the business development of the company.

Additionally, Yasmin Westwood has been promoted to Project Management Administrator and is already working on on-site projects, having recently obtained the CEDA Project Coordinator certificate.

Her previous role as office administrator has been filled by Jemima Byford, who will now coordinate all office processes.
