This announcement comes as the financial giant consolidates its transition to a holding company (Holdco) effective May 1, 2022. The Bank’s steady growth over the years is due to the immeasurable efforts and sacrifices of its employees.
Beneficiaries of this large-scale performance assessment exercise spanned the senior, middle and junior management levels of the Bank, even as management strives to continually put employees in the best position to grow and succeed in today’s highly competitive work environment.
