Emirati families to present their products at a special exhibition in Dubai for the year of the 50th
Dubai: Coinciding with the UAE’s 50th National Day celebrations, the Ministry of Community Development is holding an Emirati Productive Families Exhibition Bin Souqat Center in Dubai from early November to December 11.
The 50 Emirati productive families of young people, old people, determined people, beneficiaries of social security will exhibit many productive goods such as crafts, perfumes, dukhoon that is to say scented perfume, printed objects and works of art, as well as other Emirati products made especially for the national holiday.
Families will alternate in the exhibition, divided by 10 to 15 families every 10 days, bringing together 50 productive Emirati families by the end of the National Day celebrations.
The exhibition is part of societal partnership and community responsibility and part of the ministry’s efforts to enhance the role of Emirati families and promote the vision of “development well-being”; thus, encourage the different members of the community to contribute positively and effectively and to strengthen their role in achieving economic stability by creating alternative sources of income.
The Ministry of Community Development supports more than 2,860 Emirati productive families under the “Al Sanaa” project for productive families allowing them to harness their energies and talents in production, work, competition and creativity. The ministry is also seeking to diversify rehabilitation and training programs for families, to intensify stalls and outlets to get the best support promotion of their home and micro-products.
