Biden in the UN Assembly: we are not looking for a new cold war
Al Jazeera English posted this video clip, titled “Biden at the United Nations Assembly: We are not looking for a new cold war” – below is their description.
Biden said the United States continues to support a two-state solution for Israel-Palestine, while adding that American support for an “independent Jewish state is unequivocal.”
He added that the United States was ready to fully comply with the Iran nuclear deal if Tehran did the same.
Biden also said the United States “is not looking for a new cold war,” an apparent reference to Secretary General Guterres’ warning to the United States and China ahead of the assembly.
