At the Generating Company we understand the complete production experience as with our casting our production teams are drawn from an international database.

The Generating Company makes the idea a reality. Our aim is to generate original work through the individual artists, making this work through a consistent discovery of ideas and applying a devising process that creates growth. We draw inspiration and reference from influences of the present day.

Our ever-increasing urban environment, people and culture feeds our imagination. Nature and the mechanics of our natural growth are our points of direction. We want to generate work for the artists around us. Our responsibility is to constantly question what we are presenting aesthetically and artistically. We intend to cross art forms and fuse circus, theatre and dance but above all the artistic skills and the individuals who take part we bring together.
